Payment Methods

MeetLogin plans are paid in cryptocurrency through our payment processor Cryptomus. You can pay with USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC and many other coins.

Paying for a plan

Go to Billing, choose monthly or annual, and click Pay with crypto. On the Cryptomus page, pick your coin and network and send the exact amount shown before the page expires (one hour). Your plan activates automatically once the payment confirms on the blockchain — usually within a few minutes, depending on the coin.

Renewing

Crypto payments cannot be charged automatically, so plans are prepaid and do not renew by themselves. We email you 3 days before your plan ends. Click Renew on the Billing page to pay for another period; it is added after your current one, so renewing early loses no days.

Changing plans

Paying for a different plan switches you immediately. The unused value of your current plan is converted into extra days on the new plan, so you never pay twice for the same time.

If your plan ends

If you do not renew, your account moves to the Free plan one day after the paid period ends. Your profiles are kept, and renewing restores your plan straight away.

Common problems

• Sent less than the amount shown — the plan will not activate. Contact support with your order details.
• Wrong network — always use the network shown on the payment page (for example TRC-20 for USDT on Tron). Funds sent on another network may be lost.
• Page expired before paying — start a new payment from the Billing page.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is set out in section 5 of our Terms of Service; to request one, email support@meetlogin.com. Approved refunds are sent in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide.
