Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MeetLogin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use MeetLogin, you must register for an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and kept up to date

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts registered on behalf of an organization require authorization from that organization.

3. Acceptable Use

MeetLogin is provided for legitimate business and personal privacy use cases. You agree not to use the Service for:

• Any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, or money laundering
• Sending spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or phishing attacks
• Distributing malware, ransomware, or other malicious software
• Scraping websites in violation of their Terms of Service
• Creating fake accounts, reviews, or social proof on third-party platforms
• Circumventing sanctions, export controls, or legal restrictions
• Any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use policies, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

MeetLogin offers both free and paid plans. Paid plans are prepaid for one month or one year.

Payments are made in cryptocurrency (such as USDT, BTC or ETH) through our payment processor Cryptomus (cryptomus.com). MeetLogin is the seller of all plans.

• Prices are set in US dollars; the amount of cryptocurrency due is shown on the payment page at the time you pay
• A plan is activated once your payment is confirmed on the blockchain
• You must send the full amount shown before the payment page expires; an underpayment does not activate a plan until it is resolved with support
• Plans do not renew automatically and we never charge you without your action. We email you 3 days before a plan ends
• Paying again for the same plan adds the new period after your current one ends, so you lose no time by renewing early
• Switching to a different plan takes effect immediately; the unused value of your current plan is added to the new plan as extra days
• If a plan is not renewed, your account moves to the Free plan one day after the paid period ends. Your profiles are kept
• You are responsible for network (gas) fees charged by your wallet or exchange
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice; prices already paid for a period are not affected

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Because plans are prepaid and never renew automatically, there is nothing to cancel: if you do not renew, your plan simply ends when the paid period ends.

• You retain access to paid features until the paid period ends
• Monthly plans are non-refundable after 48 hours from the payment date
• Annual plans may be eligible for a pro-rated refund within 14 days of purchase
• Free trials incur no charge

To request a refund, contact support@meetlogin.com within the applicable refund window. Approved refunds are sent in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide, for the US-dollar amount refunded.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of MeetLogin is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy. Browser profile data is stored encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption. You retain ownership of all profile data and configurations you create within MeetLogin.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by MeetLogin and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission. You grant us a limited license to use content you upload solely to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• MeetLogin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for actions of third-party services integrated with MeetLogin

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MeetLogin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership clauses, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
